This is yet another blog about a cyclist who doesn't ride enough, and hopes that a good dose of public humiliation (and maybe some support), will help me get on my bike more. That in turn should let me ride a century this October, and hopefully lose some weight. By my count there are only a few million similar blogs. Whether this one will be worth reading your time, I don't know. I suppose it depends a lot on whether I blather on only about riding, or whether I come up with other stuff worth reading. We'll see . . .
Oh -- weight this morning was 205, which is down 10 lbs from January 1. Got a lot to go, though.
