Hot! Hot! Hot!

I live in DC, where it's over 100 today. So it figures I'd pick this morning to end a three-week hiatus from riding. Knocked out a bit more than 22 miles with some friends. But despite drinking a ton, I overheated more than once and we had to cut the ride short. Then again, that's 22 miles more than I had ridden when I woke up this morning, so I've got to consider the day a success.
